Z Supply “Brunch Time” Sunglasses

These sunglasses were a gift from my mom in the spring of 2024 and they’ve been my every day sunglasses ever since. These sunglasses have survived every day wear, being thrown in my tote bag, and an entire trip to the UK without so much as a scratch. They’re also very dark and very polarized, which I like in a pair of sunglasses.
Glasses for Looking

During the aforementioned UK trip, I was sitting in a shared dorm room with my best friend who was on the trip with me. I was sitting on my bed staring straight ahead at a small fire safety warning sign on the wall. I asked my friend to briefly borrow her glasses, looked through her thin wire frames and said, “Shit.” Nearly every woman in my family wears glasses, so this was not an overly shocking development. Once I went to the eye doctor and told my mom I needed glasses, she said, “Baby, I’m sorry you’ll never be able to see right again.”
Notepad

This is simply a $1 notepad from Wal-Mart that I’ve added some stickers and other flourishes to. I keep this notepad on me for miscellaneous thought-jotting, grocery lists, and any other things I feel the need to write down. I find this easier and more accessible than a notes app on my phone.
